Our event space is available in 3 different packages. Please note that a security deposit of $50 is REQUIRED with each rental. Your deposit is refunded to you the Monday following your rental if no damages are incurred.
Use of event space and amenities $35 per hour Monday through Thursday $45 per hour Friday through Sunday 2 hour minimum
Use of event space and amenities for 3 hours Paper goods, including tablecloths, cups, plates and utensils Non-alcoholic beverages-water, sweet tea, and lemonade $185/ 3 hours
Use of event space and amenities for up to 4 hours, Use of china teacups, saucers, platters, pitchers Serving dishes and utensils non-alcoholic beverages- water, sweet tea, lemonade, hot tea and coffee $265/ 4 hours $35 each add'l hour
* all packages include set up and tear down time
